3.1) There are a range of methods to report bullying that meet the needs of all pupils, and this is regularly reviewed with pupil input.3.2) We ensure that all school staff, pupils, and parents/carers know how to report bullying and are encouraged to do so. 3.3) All reports of bullying are recorded through a robust electronic system that is understood and consistently used by all staff.3.4) Our recording system captures whether the incident was classified as bullying, action taken, the location of the incident, the type of bullying, the individuals involved, pupil characteristics, whether it is a safeguarding issue, outcomes and review dates.3.5) All pupils have been surveyed to measure wellbeing, bullying and how they feel about school life in the last 12 months, and this is shared, and data is used to inform whole school developments.
