    The Anti-Bullying Alliance (ABA) is the official organiser of Anti-Bullying Week and Odd Socks Day in England, Wales, and Northern Ireland. Anti-Bullying Week 2025 will take place from 10th to 14th November, with the theme: Power for Good.

Diwrnod Sanau Od (2023) / Odd Socks Day (2023)

Cofiwch wisgo eich sanau od! Mae’n ffordd wych o ddathlu’r hyn sy’n ein gwneud ni oll yn unigryw yn ystod Wythnos Gwrth-fwlio! Cynhelir Diwrnod Sanau Od 2023 ar ddydd Llun 13 Tachwedd – mae’r pecynnau adnoddau eisoes ar gael. Caiff Diwrnod Sanau Od ei gynnal ar y cyd ag Andy Day (un o sêr CBeebies a CBBC) a’i fand, Andy and the Odd Socks.

Diwrnod Sanau Od Pecyn Ysgolion

Beth yw Diwrnod Sanau Od?

Mae Diwrnod Sanau Od yn nodi dechrau’r Wythnos Gwrth-fwlio. Mae gennym bopeth y bydd arnoch chi ei angen i ddathlu’r hyn sy’n gwneud pawb ohonom ni’n unigryw ac i ledaenu caredigrwydd. Cynhelir Diwrnod Sanau Od 2023 ar ddydd Llun 13 Tachwedd. Cefnogir y diwrnod gan Andy Day, un o gyflwynwyr cBeebies a noddwr ABA, a’i fand, ‘Andy and the Odd Socks’.

Beth yw Diwrnod Sanau Od?

Yn anad dim, cael hwyl yw bwriad Diwrnod Sanau Od! Mae’n gyfle i annog pobl i fynegi hwy eu hunain a dathlu eu hunaniaeth a’r hyn sy’n gwneud pawb ohonom ni’n unigryw.

Nid oes unrhyw bwysau i wisgo’r ffasiynau diweddaraf na phrynu gwisgoedd drud.  Yn syml iawn, dylech wisgo sanau od i fynd i’r ysgol, i’r gwaith neu gartref; mae’n syml iawn!  Bydd Diwrnod Sanau Od yn cael ei gynnal ar ddiwrnod cyntaf Wythnos Gwrth-fwlio bob blwyddyn i helpu i godi ymwybyddiaeth ynghylch bwlio. Hoffem wahodd ysgolion a gweithleoedd sy’n cyfranogi i ofyn i’w cyfranogwyr roddi £1 – neu unrhyw swm sy’n briodol yn eich tyb chi – i’n cynorthwyo i barhau i gydlynu’r wythnos yn flynyddol.

Nid oes yn rhaid i chi godi arian i allu cyfranogi – neges Diwrnod Sanau Od yw’r hyn sy’n bwysicach na dim – a bydd unrhyw arian a godir i ni yn fonws! Cofiwch annog ysgolion eraill yn eich ardal leol i gyfranogi.

Yn 2022, fe wnaeth dros 5 miliwn o blant, miloedd o rieni, cannoedd o weithleoedd a llawer o enwogion a dylanwadwyr gyfranogi. Yn y gorffennol, mae Ant a Dec, Emma Willis, Brian May, Craig David, Syr Mo Farah ac Annamarie oll wedi gwisgo eu sanau od! Mae’n gyfle gwych i ddwyn sylw at bwnc pwysig bwlio mewn ffordd mor ddifyr.

Rydym wedi sicrhau bod gennych chi bopeth sydd arnoch chi ei angen i sicrhau bod Diwrnod Sanau Od 2023 yn llwyddiant ysgubol, boed yn yr ysgol, gartref yn y gwaith.  

Sut allwch chi roi rhodd i’r Gynghrair Gwrth-fwlio?

Rydym ni’n dîm bychan a byddwn ni bob amser mor ddiolchgar am unrhyw arian y byddwch chi’n ei godi i ni i’n helpu i barhau i gynnal Wythnos Gwrth-fwlio bob blwyddyn yng Nghymru, Lloegr a Gogledd Iwerddon. Os byddwch chi’n, neu os ydych chi wedi, codi arian i ni trwy gyfrwng eich Diwrnod Sanau Od neu unrhyw bryd yn ystod Wythnos Gwrth-fwlio, gallwch chi ddefnyddio un o’r dulliau hyn i roddi’r arian i ni:

  • Gallwch chi roi cyfraniad uniongyrchol i ni trwy gyfrwng ein tudalen Just Giving.
  • Gallwch anfon siec atom ni, yn daladwy i’r ‘Anti-Bullying Alliance’ a’i phostio at Anti-Bullying Alliance, National Children's Bureau, 23 Mentmore Terrace, Hackney, Llundain, E8 3PN. Cofiwch gynnwys eich enw a’ch cyfeiriad, oherwydd byddwn ni’n hoffi cydnabod unrhyw arian a gaiff ei godi os bydd hynny’n bosibl.
  • Gallwch dalu’r arian i mewn i fanc neu ddefnyddio trosglwyddiad BACS – e-bostiwch [email protected] i gael rhagor o fanylion. *Sylwch nad oes gennym ni slipiau i dalu arian i mewn i fanc; nid yw hyn yn ofynnol i dalu arian i mewn i gyfrif ein helusen.

Rydym yn ddiolchgar iawn i Andy and the Odd Socks am eu cymorth i fywiogi Diwrnod Sanau Odd.

Diwrnod Sanau Od mewn ysgolion

Mae ein hadnoddau ar gyfer Diwrnod Sanau Od 2023 bellach ar gael yn RHAD AC AM DDIM i’ch galluogi i gyfranogi ar ddydd Llun 13 Tachwedd!

Mae Diwrnod Sanau Od yn gyfle i’ch ysgol gael hwyl, bod yn driw i chi eich hun a chynyddu ymwybyddiaeth o’r gwerthoedd craidd y mae Wythnos Gwrth-fwlio yn eu hyrwyddo. I baratoi at Ddiwrnod Sanau Od 2023, rydym wedi creu pecyn ar gyfer ysgolion sy’n cynnwys:

  • Taflen i’w rhoi mewn bagiau ysgol
  • Posteri 
  • Taflenni 
  • Cynllun gwasanaeth boreol/gwers

Mae’r holl syniadau yn ein deunyddiau wedi’u llunio i helpu plant ac oedolion mewn ysgol neu amgylchedd blynyddoedd cynnar i ystyried sut mae bwlio yn effeithio arnom ni, beth ddylech ei wneud os ydych chi’n poeni am fwlio, a pham mae’n bwysig fod pawb ohonom ni’n unigryw.

Byddwn yn cynnal Diwrnod Sanau Od ar y cyd ag Andy and the Odd Socks. Andy and the Odd Socks yw un o’r bandiau mwyaf poblogaidd i blant ifanc yn y DU.

Ar waelod y dudalen hon, gallwch ganfod holl adnoddau Diwrnod Sanau Od 2023!

Bydd Andy and the Odd Socks yn rhyddhau cân newydd ar gyfer Diwrnod Sanau Od 2023. 

Gwasnaeth Boreol Rhithiol Diwrnod Sanau Od

Yn 2020, fe wnaeth Sir Mo Farah ac Annamarie a llawer o westeion gwych eraill gyfranogi mewn cyfarfod boreol rhithiol prysur iawn gydag Andy and the Odd Socks. Mae’n 20 munud o hwyl Diwrnod Sanau Od a negeseuon gwrth-fwlio pwysig. Yn ogystal â phecyn ysgolion 2022, gallech hefyd ddefnyddio’r gwasanaeth boreol rhithiol hwn i fywiogi Diwrnod Sanau Od!

Sut allwch chi roi rhodd i’r Gynghrair Gwrth-fwlio?

Rydym ni’n dîm bychan a byddwn ni bob amser mor ddiolchgar am unrhyw arian y byddwch chi’n ei godi i ni i’n helpu i ddal ati i gynnal Wythnos Gwrth-fwlio bob blwyddyn. Os byddwch chi’n codi arian i ni trwy gyfrwng eich Diwrnod Sanau Od neu unrhyw bryd yn ystod Wythnos Gwrth-fwlio, neu os ydych chi eisoes wedi codi arian, gallwch chi ddefnyddio un o’r dulliau hyn i roi’r arian i ni:
