I have been a local authority anti-bullying trainer and advisor for 14 years and, even after all this time, I continue to have the same passion and energy now as I did back then to support schools to be the most effective they can be to prevent and tackle bullying in all its forms. I also promote the equalities, inclusion and diversity agenda, working hard to ensure that everyone with a protected characteristic is free to be themselves at work and in the community. I have been an active member of the advisory group over the last few years, sharing my personal and professional experience to make what I feel has been a real difference. I have so much more of myself to give to ensure our collective mission to be ‘united against bullying’ grows year-on-year and reaches further into more schools and into every community.
