Why is this important?
Ensuring the anti-bullying policy is clearly aligned with other key policies (such as behaviour, safeguarding, SEND, and acceptable use) reinforces a consistent and coordinated approach to pupil wellbeing. Bullying often intersects with wider issues, including safeguarding concerns, online safety, and support for pupils with additional needs. By embedding anti-bullying strategies across relevant policies, the school creates a joined-up framework that strengthens prevention, ensures a clear and effective response, and upholds the rights and safety of all pupils.
