Karen Squillino (NSPCC)

I have been a qualified social worker since 1996 and also worked as a youth worker for several years prior. I have 30 years experience of working with and for children and young people. I have held a number of senior strategic and operational roles with both statutory organisations and in children's charities. I am currently Local Services Director at the NSPCC and lead on direct service provision to children as well as our work in schools and local campaigning. I am co-chair of the NSPCC Diversity and Inclusion Steering Group and I lead the EDI agenda for the Services directorate.
