Some groups of children and young people are more at risk of bullying because they may identify as, or are perceived to be, 'different' from their peers including being targeted because of their identity or protected characteristic. The following pages link to information, tools and resources for each at-risk group.
It's important to note that the below groups also intersect and some children and young people may be even more at risk because they fall into more than one, or multiple, at-risk groups.
Before embarking on any anti-bullying work relating to at-risk groups, we strongly recommend taking our 'Bullying and Difference' CPD online training course.
We will be adding more tools, resources and also more case studies and examples from participating schools below throughout the programme so do check back.
